Unusual Floral Ironstone Teapot - Beautiful

Description:

Standing 9" high including the top finial and measuring 9.5" from spout ot handle, this is a sweet medium-sized ironstone teapot.  Unusual sweet floral embossing accentuates the body of the teapot.  Most of the pattern can be found extending outward from the handle. Unlike any other floral pattern we have seen.

Marked Grose & Co on the bottom with a black maker's mark.  This company produced ironstone in limited quantity in the late 1860's.  Due to the small amount produced, it is no wonder we have not seen this pattern on another piece.

Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, stains, or repairs. 

A true find!  Would be a lovely addition to any ironstone collection.
