Smallest Green-Glazed Yellowware Girl with the Watering Can Bowl

What some believe is the Holy Grail of green glazed yellow ware, this is the smallest example available in the highly sought after "Girl with Watering Can" pattern. Produced in the 1920's by the Robinson Ransbottom Pottery Company in not only the grass green but also in pumpkin and varying shades of yellow, this pattern is truly endearing. Sets of nesting bowls were produced in sizes ranging from 5" to 10." The smallest ones are often the hardest to find as they were not usually purchased due to their impractical size and those that were purchased were often given to children as toys. Not only is this a scarce example due to its small size, but this pattern is one of the most elusive due to the smaller production runs of this company. Pristine condition. Nice detail to the pattern. Please see our other listings as we have an extensive selection of green bowls listed on the website as well as others in inventory so feel free to contact us to inquire about others.
