Super Sweet Extra Small Ceres/Wheat Creamer

Description:

Standing just a mere 5" high, this is the smallest wheat/Ceres creamers we have seen. Ceres or wheat pattern is one of the most desirable/collectible patterns. It is popular because there is so much available in the pattern. One can find almost a complete table service somewhat easily in this pattern. Wheat detail is crisp as well as the top to bottom fluting. Turner, Goddard, & Co. is stamped on the bottom. They were the second potter to make this pattern and made this pattern from 1867-1874. Creamers and pitchers are often the first step in ironstone collecting and most collectors never venture far from their first love. With the fat vertical ribs and incredibly sweet small size, this creamer has a lovely base shape as well as a wonderful embossed wheat pattern. The pattern is very crisp. Creamer is in excellent condition with no issues or staining. If searching for other creamers or pitchers and you do not find something in our other listings, then do not hesitate to contact us. We have an extensive inventory of ironstone which includes many creamers, pitchers, and various other pieces of Ceres/wheat.
