Brilliant Green-Glazed Ringware Water Table Pitcher

Description:

Fabulous grass green glaze accentuates this green-glazed "Ringware" pitcher.  Produced in the 1920's by the McCoy Pottery Company, this is part of the "Ringware" collection which consists of a nesting set of bowls, various butter crocks, buttermilk pitcher and this table pitcher.  "Ringware" was produced in a variety green glazes, and this exhibits the grass green coloration.

Standing 7.5" high, this is one of only a few green pitchers which can be found.  All collections need height, and this can definitely satisfy that.  Smooth rounded rings consume the lower two-thirds of the pitcher creating quite a graphic.

Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.

Please see our other listings for other green-glazed pieces to assist in creating a collection or extending your current one.  We have several sizes of the "Ringware" bowls so please do not hesitate to ask.
