Special Victorian English Silver Bangle with Gold Birds - Slightly Larger

Description:

Intricate swirls are engraved into the silver bangle while gold birds are applied haphazardly.  Excellent feel and aura.  Serene and quietly striking.  1/2" wide making it perfect to stack or layer.  With the gold birds, it can easily add pizzazz to any stack or link bracelet base chains.

Measuring 7" inner circumference, it is generous in size.  Has a smooth inside.  Perfect for someone who has a slightly larger-than-average wrist and/or prefers the smoother bangles.

Excellent condition with no major dents or dings.  Safety chain is intact.  Clasp is tight and secure.  Hinge is in proper working order.

Birds are a common motif found in Victorian jewelry.  Swallows or birds in flight often meant "I will return."  It is possible this bangle was given to a special woman before a business trip or war.  No two of these bangles are identical.
