Measuring 11" in diameter and a total of 7" high to top of finial, this is a lovely vegetable tureen. It has an unusual shape as it is octagonal with paneled sides but rather squatty. Slightly vine decoration to the handles and finial add a soft touch to make it not quite so severe. Impressed maker's mark but not legible. Brilliant white typical of the ironstone from the mid to late 1800's. Perfect to add a different shape or form to your ironstone collection, and it can easily be safely used. No condition issues so no chips, cracks, or repairs.
