Unlike anything we have seen, this full body horse head has incredible detail and size. Measuring 1.25" long and 1.5" wide, this has wonderful presence and can easily be worn on its own or combined with a tassel, other charms, or a medal. Overall detail is exceptional.
Produced in the England in the 1880's, this is one of the most unique Victorian pendants or watch fobs we have seen. Equestrian themes are certainly common in Victorian jewelry as one will often find riding crops and horseshoes. Horses and other animals are not common and always a true treasure when found.
