What a beauty! Elaborate wire work combined with central and edge beadwork create an absolutely showstopping bangle. Measuring 7.25" inner circumference, this is one of the largest Victorian English silver bangles we have had. Most are only 6.5 inches; thus, this bangle is one of the few which can accommodate an average to a larger-than-average wrist.
Possessing all the Victorian qualities, this is a true representation of an 1880's English silver bangle. Measures an incredible 1.5" wide from cannonball to cannonball...Just WOW! Cannonball decoration on the outer edge is one of the most desirable. As is the case with most, several of the balls show some minor signs of denting from wear.
Retains the natural patina. Excellent condition with only minor dents and dings. Proper working hinge. Clasp is tight and secure.
A "must have" for anyone seeking a Victorian bangle and has a slightly larger than average wrist. Larger size ones are scarce and never are they this beautiful and elaborate. Simply stunning.
