Unlike any other ironstone pitcher we have seen in any size, this lovely milk or water pitcher stands 8.25" high and measures 8" from back of handle to tip of spout. Beaded edge handle with beveled or paneled corners creates a simple pitcher with a bit of personality.
Perfect for a collector focusing on plain pieces yet desires something just a bit different. Medium size so slightly larger than a creamer but not near as grand as a ewer.
Marked on the bottom with a brown Henry Alcock, Parisian Porcelain, Patent Feb 12, 1884 stamp.
No issues with only a minor spider shown on the exterior of the bottom only.
True white in color...not creamy nor bluey white.
Would be a lovely addition to any ironstone collection or cupboard.
Dimensions:8" high
Condition:Excellent condition with no issues except for minor spider. Spider is on exterior only and does not go through to interior. Pitcher is sound and does hold liquid, if one desires to use it.
