Measuring 7.5" x 9.25", this is the largest yellowware corn mold we have seen. Although corn is one of the most common patterns found in these yellowware molds, this one is particularly nice due to the size and crispness to the design. Other designs of molds includes rabbits, hearts, grapes, wheat, and geometrics. Molds were used for pudding or butter, and the pattern would then be transferred to the butter. These molds date to the mid to late 1800's. This large corn mold has the very best buttery yellow color and is in pristine condition. It is truly one of the best examples we have ever seen.
