Measuring 6" in diameter, this is a super, summery yellow bowl in the fabulously popular and rare "Checkerboard" pattern. This pattern of small squares comprising the "Checkerboard" pattern can be found in this vibrant yellow glaze as well as a grass green glaze. Produced in the 1920's in sizes ranging from 5" to 11," this 6" size is the next to the smallest size. Although this pattern is not readily found in any color glaze, the summery yellow ones are even harder to find than the green.
