Just amazing! Yellowware mugs are elusive forms with any decoration and this is the only we have seen with the worm pattern. Earthworm-decorated yellow ware pieces are extremely scarce; thus, to find a mug decorated with this decoration is just incredible. Measuring 3" high and 3" in diameter, it is a medium size mug with lots of presence. The brilliant blue base worm is highlighted with black and white overlapping dots to create the detail to the worm. Fabulous warm yellow coloration of the base mug is accentuated by the brilliant cornflower blue of the base worm. Absolutely everything about this mug is stellar.
If you are an advanced yellowware collector, this is a true "must have." If you are looking for something to add variety or to add lots of color, then this is it. They just don't get any better than this.
