Unlike any other coffeepot or teapot we have had, this Ceres or Wheat teapot is much larger than most. Standing 11" high and measuring 10" from tip of spout to back of handle, this is grand in size. Goddard bottom stamp on the base indicating it was produced in the late 1860's. Fluting from base to top and wheat embossing creates the typical Ceres setting. No condition issues and no staining. Ceres is a highly collectible pattern since so much was produced and so many pieces can be found in order to assemble a set.
