WOW! One-Of-A-Kind Floral Pitcher

Description:

WOW!  What an amzaing pitcher!  Unlike any other ironstone pitcher.  Daisy or pom-style flowers are more raised than any others we have seen on a pitcher.  Not only is the heavy embossng unusual but the flowers themselves are different as well.  Stippling completely covers the background/base pitcher.  As if this is not enough, the overall shape of the pitcher is special.  The fat bulbous lower portion combined with the easy ruffled top creates an overall calming presence.

Twig handle is the icing on the cake.  There is nothing common about this pitcher.

Measuring 7.5" high, it is considered a table pitcher for water or milk.  These medium-size pitchers have lots of presence and are very versatile.  Surely to be the centerpiece of your cupboard or scream a quiet statement when filled with flowers.  Will instantly make any grouping standout.

Bottom has an early English mark dating to the early to mid-1850's.
