RARE Fluted Flared Centerpiece Bowl

Simply Stunning!  Measuring 12" in diameter and 7" high, this is a very rare form.  Slightly flared sides are fluted from top to bottom.  A short pedestal creates the final touch to such an exceptional and breathtaking piece.  One of those pieces which made us stop in our tracks when we found it.  

Perfect for any place in the home or cupboard.  Would be fabulous with apples or oranges on the kitchen counter.  Truly one of those pieces you won't see again.

Marked with an early Anthony Shaw mark dating to the early 1850's. Possesses the early white coloration of the very best pieces produced in England during this period.
