Fluting from top to bottom creates a beautiful visual. Flowers edging the top scalloped edge provide a softness. Measuring 5.5" high and 5.5" from spout to handle, this is a typical size for an ironstone creamer. It isn't too small yet not too large. Can easily be squeezed into any collection and perfect to adorn a window. Just the right size for a bouquet of sweet flowers.
Marked with the Johnson Bros mark on the bottom. This pattern, "Tracery" was produced in the mid to late 1800's. This is one of their earlier pieces due to the heavier weight of the ironstone and pure white coloration of the glaze.
