Beautiful Early Fabric Country "Churn Dash" Quilt

Description:

Absolutely lovely.  Has a myriad of early fabrics.  Red chintz squares connect the pieced squares to add just the right punch of color.  Double border consisting early blue printed fabric and the same consistent red chintz frame the quilt beautifully.

Measuring 68" x 84" make this a nice average size.  Large enough to be placed as a topper on any bed.  Can easily be hung or even be folded over a sofa.

If one chooses to fold in a stack, it will easily add plenty of color.

Excellent condition with only binding wear.  Binding consists of an early walnut-dyed fabric. These walnut-dyed fabrics frequently rotted due to the harshness of the dye.  This is the case with the binding as it has worn through in several places, but it is only perceivable upon close inspection.

Nice quilting.  All hand-pieced and hand-quilted.

No staining.
