Mesmerizing Early Blue and White Mariner's Compass Sunflower Quilt

Description:

What a stunner!  Not quite a mariner's compass and not quite a sunflower, the pattern of this quilt is a bit of mystery yet it is one of the most captivating we have had.  Blue and white quilts are always favorites and one of the highest in demand.  Hand-pieced with incredible early blue fabric.

Some of the very best quilting we have seen, especially on a blue and white quilt.  Rings of quilting, usually referred to as princess feather, encompass the sunflower.  Finely quilted with several stitches to the inch.

Hand-quilted.  Hand-pieced.

Excellent condition with one of the diamonds having a repair.  Repair was done where fabric had split.
