Superb 4.75" Two Rust and Two White Banded Bowl

Unusually small measuring only 4.75" in diameter and 2.25" high, this is often the hardest bowl to find in order to complete a set of bowls with this particular banding combination.  The two rust and two white band combination is a favorite and often the first nesting set of bowls a collector amasses.

Lovely rounded shape and rolled top and bottom rims.  Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.

Dating to the 1860's to 1880's, it is a fabulous representation of an early yellowware bowl.  One of the rarest and most sought after small bowls produced. A true must for any yellowware collector.
