One of the rarest patterns to find in the green and cream pieces, this draped pattern consists of thick scalloped grooves. The severely tapered shape of the bowl is another feature not found in other bowls. Originally produced in a variety of sizes, this is the largest size we have seen. Measuring 10.5" in diameter, this is the best we have seen.
When these bowls do surface, they are almost always damaged. Glaze is very thin and was easily damaged due to the rough nature of use. Seen in a deep dark green and this green and cream coloration.
Not only is this a wonderful large example but it is also in perfect condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
Perfect for someone looking for an unusual piece or someone who has an extensive collection.
